Founder and President of Riviera Wealth Management, Benjamin Cohen is a recognised expert in independent wealth management, specialising in private wealth and high-level wealth engineering. His vision: to offer families and entrepreneurs on the French Riviera excellent wealth management support, free from any conflict of interest.

With over 25 years of experience in the financial and wealth sector, Benjamin has built his firm on the principles of professional independence and bespoke advice. Certified Financial Investment Adviser (FIA) and registered with ORIAS, he is also insurance broker and member of the National Chamber of Wealth Management Advisers (CNCGP). His approach combines analytical rigour and humanity: truly listening to clients, understanding their deep objectives, and building sustainable wealth strategies.

Resident of Mougins in the French Riviera, Benjamin is a specialist in wealth matters for families and entrepreneurs in the region. His expertise covers international taxation, complex wealth engineering, management of significant assets in open architecture, and preservation of family wealth for future generations.

2010

Foundation

Benjamin Cohen founded Riviera Wealth Management with a simple conviction: in France, it is possible to provide wealth management advice with complete independence, without conflicts of interest. The firm is registered with ORIAS and regulatory authorities.

2011

Certification CIF

Obtained Financial Investment Adviser (FIA) certification. This accreditation confirms expertise in asset allocation, financial product selection and personalised advice to a substantial wealth clientele.

2014

International Expansion

Development of expertise in international taxation and specialised advice for expatriates. Expansion of clientele beyond the French Riviera, with clients based in Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg.

2017

Advanced Wealth Engineering

Increased specialisation in complex structures: wealth holding companies, real estate investment companies, strategic donations, Dutreil pacts. Partnership with law firms and statutory auditors to offer integrated solutions.
